Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our ethnic wear apparel store in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing retail team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Manage and train store staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and motivation
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to maximize profitability
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for stock planning and promotions

Key Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in ethnic wear or apparel
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of visual merchandising and retail operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ethnic wear brands or fashion retail
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
• Basic understanding of inventory and billing software
