Staffing Specialist

As a Contingent Workforce Staffing Specialist at Palo Alto Networks, you will play a crucial role in supporting the EMEA / JAPAC business within the global contingent workforce program team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end contingent worker (CW) lifecycle, including SOW execution, onboarding, offboarding, and all related transactions. You will act as a consultative advisor to hiring managers, ensuring program compliance and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive program efficiency by managing the entire end-to-end temporary worker (temp) lifecycle, including requisition, SOW drafting / execution, extensions, terminations, contracts, and billing queries. - Administer comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors, including background check prescreening, paperwork, purchase orders, communication, and asset return. - Act as a consultative advisor, guiding hiring managers on contractor needs, educating program stakeholders on best practices, and ensuring CW policies and procedures compliance. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders and key partners, and hold staffing agency partners accountable for upholding program SLAs, KPIs, and processes. - Support client-related ad-hoc projects as assigned and ensure accuracy of the contingent workforce database. **Qualifications Required:** - Mid-senior level related experience with 4+ years of dedicated experience managing the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, including 2+ years in contract administration (SOWs / engagement letters). - Experience with MSP, VMS, and ticketing systems (preferably Magnit Platform and ServiceNow). - Proficiency in data reporting, management, and auditing, with deep knowledge of GSuite, especially Google Sheets and Docs. - Excellent customer service qualities and communication skills (written and verbal), with experience working across global teams and timezones. - Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in Business, Data & Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
