Sr. User Experience Designer

Job Description As a Senior User Experience Designer, your role will be to envision how people experience products and bring that vision to life. You will take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for clients around the world. In this position, you will demonstrate leadership by focusing not only on product design but also on the End-to-End Client Experience, advocating for the user while balancing business and technical needs. Collaboration with other experts from the design team, technical leaders, and business leaders will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Define the user interface for new and existing products and features - Develop high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas - Gauge the usability of products and make constructive suggestions for change - Plan and estimate work - Validate development work to ensure high-quality, consistent implementation of designs - Plan, run, and synthesize qualitative & quantitative user research - Contribute to the Design System Qualifications Required: - BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, Human Factors/Ergonomics, CS, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of experience in a related field - Demonstrated experience in crafting usable digital interfaces - Portfolio of past design work - AI Experience required Additional Details about the Company: Uplers is committed to making hiring reliable, simple, and fast.
