Sr Solution Architect, AVP

Role Overview: As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, defining, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that align with business objectives. Your role will involve acting as a strategic technical leader, bridging business needs with technology capabilities, guiding architectural decisions, and mentoring teams across the organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from product, engineering, security, and business teams to ensure that solutions are robust, cost-effective, and future-ready. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with enterprise architects, security, compliance, and business analysis teams to define and implement solution components for various Private Bank platforms. - Communicate complex information related to the solution and roadmap clearly and appropriately to different levels and functions within IT and the business. - Obtain consensus on the solution and roadmap, ensuring buy-in to the proposed architecture by all stakeholders. - Produce relevant artifacts including architecture blueprints, decision logs, and technical solution documents. - Determine non-functional requirements such as data volumes, throughput performance, data retention requirements, and authorization/authentication to ensure secure, scalable, and robust solutions. - Participate in and lead design workshops. Qualifications Required: - Service designs and architecture expertise (SOA, formal patterns, etc). - Proficiency in APIs and API frameworks. - Knowledge of security, identity, and access management. - Understanding of scalable infrastructure models. - Experience with core programming technologies and tools such as Java, Spring, and React. - Extensive experience in delivering complex solutions, ideally in banking or financial institutions, from analysis and design through all delivery phases. - Familiarity with architectural frameworks and best practices. - Proven leadership track record in designing and implementing complex, mission-critical, and high-traffic enterprise architectures.
