Job Description
As a Product Analytics Expert at Adobe in Noida, you will have a key role in driving the success of Adobe's Document Cloud products by leveraging your expertise to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
- Developing and maintaining SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including Hadoop and cloud-based platforms like Databricks.
- Creating compelling data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to effectively communicate insights to Product Managers, Engineering teams, and leadership.
- Conducting A/B testing and campaign analysis, utilizing statistical methods to measure and evaluate the impact of product changes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, marketers) to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Independently owning and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Communicating analytical findings to stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in solving deep analytical challenges within a product or data-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in advanced SQL, with experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing, campaign analysis, and statistical methodologies.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R, with a foundational understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics is a significant plus.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision making.
