Sr. Data Scientist

Role Overview: You will be joining a fast-growing Saas Product Development Team that utilizes Artificial Intelligence technologies such as NLP, CV, Deep Learning, and LLM to extract complex data from unstructured documents. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the Data Science team and play a crucial role in developing and optimizing algorithms to analyze and interpret complex datasets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in developing and optimizing algorithms using Python and its libraries. - Design and implement robust Machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions across various business units. - Apply state-of-the-art Deep learning techniques for image and document analysis, including object detection and NLP applications. - Drive the integration of OCR technologies to enhance data extraction and analysis capabilities. - Oversee the design and development of scalable data processing pipelines utilizing AWS cloud infrastructure. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and OCR technology. - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders. - Ensure the highest standards of data integrity and reliability across all data science projects. Qualifications: - Advanced proficiency in Python programming with experience in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn. - Expert knowledge of machine learning techniques and frameworks, with experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining sophisticated models. - Proven track record in implementing deep learning solutions using architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, and transformers. - Thorough understanding of OCR technologies and their real-world applications. - Experience with generative AI, including work with open-source and commercial Large Language Models (LLM). - Proficiency in using AWS for deploying and managing applications, with knowledge of services like S3, EC2, RDS, and AWS Lambda. - Comprehensive knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and drive critical decision-making processes. - Excellent communication skills with experience in leading teams and collaborating across departments.
