Role Overview: You will work closely with the product team, business team, and other collaborators to deliver high-quality software on time. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing systems and processes to enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of L&D applications. Automation of routine operational tasks, maintenance of monitoring tools and dashboards, prompt incident response, and ongoing support for existing systems will be crucial. You will also be responsible for implementing testing strategies, resolving software bugs and performance issues, and maintaining detailed documentation of software designs and processes. Additionally, customizing or configuring modules to meet specific business requirements and implementing security measures to protect systems will be part of your role. Qualification Required: What we expect of you: You should have a master's/bachelor's degree and 5 to 9 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Your functional skills should include strong knowledge of information systems and network technologies in the Human Resources Learning & Development domain, proficiency in relational and non-relational databases, SQL queries, performance tuning, data pipelines, and enterprise data warehouses. Experience with Databricks, Mulesoft, AWS services (Redshift, Lambda), software development methodologies, programming languages (C#, Python, JavaScript), CI/CD tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps) is required. Good-to-have skills include experience with GxP systems, cloud technologies, scripting, test automation tools, and professional certifications such as SAFe DevOps Practitioner, SAFe for teams, ITIL, and Microsoft Certified Developer. Soft skills like analytical and troubleshooting skills, communication skills, ability to work effectively with global teams, initiative, self-motivation, time management, team orientation, presentation, and public speaking skills are also important.
