Job Description

As an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) in the Multi-Manager business, your responsibilities will include supporting Senior staff in developing and implementing customized investment programs, coordinating portfolio trades and manager changes, reviewing client portfolios, and facilitating the implementation of client investment programs. You will also be responsible for creating comprehensive oversight reports, performing trading and rebalancing activities, and providing consulting and advice to the team and partner areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior staff in developing customized investment programs
- Coordinate portfolio trades, manager changes, and cash flows
- Review client portfolios and identify issues
- Create comprehensive oversight reports for stakeholders
- Perform trading, rebalancing, and other critical activities
- Provide consulting and advice at a highly technical level
- Lead and execute complex initiatives of significant scope
Qualifications Required:
- 24 months experience as an Associate
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, commitment to deadlines, and ability to multi-task
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of client servicing in investment and portfolio management
- Extensive understanding of the asset management industry
- Strong knowledge of investment performance and risk calculation
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
- Bachelors Degree required, CFA/CAIA/CIPM is a plus
