Job Description

As a Programmatic Analyst/Reporting Analyst at Zeta Global, you will be an integral part of the Programmatic Analytics team, providing comprehensive reporting, actionable audience insights, and campaign strategy support to both external customers and internal teams. Your main responsibilities will include: - Compiling campaign performance and audience insights for all executed media - Setting up Zeta surveys and assisting in monitoring survey performance - Helping with optimization efforts and driving campaign performance - Working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, campaign optimization, and online A/B testing strategy You will also be responsible for diving into large campaign data sets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendations for clients through thoughtfully crafted storytelling. Additionally, you will: - Set up and monitor Zeta client surveys and Zeta Marketing surveys - Collaborate with internal teams to compile survey insights once surveys are completed - Assist in pulling/setting up custom reports as requested - Contribute to growing Zeta's Programmatic revenue quarter over quarter via campaign support, optimizations, and incrementals To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 1 year of working experience in Programmatic, AdTech, or MarTech space - Knowledge of Programmatic Advertising is a plus - Experience with SQL query language, Tableau, HIVE, Python, Vertica, PowerPoint, and Excel/pivot tables - Excellent presentation, visualization, and storytelling skills - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Professional oral and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Media, Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or equivalent experience It would be a bonus if you have: - Experience in a digital media/Programmatic analytics role - Experience pulling data and putting together actionable audience insights reports across different programmatic channels - Familiarity with VBA/Excel Macros, Tableau, Python, or other data manipulation tools In this role, you will be a great communicator, comfortable interacting with clients, team members, and C-Level executives, able to convey complex technical features in simple terms. You should have an aptitude for media and strategy, the ability to contextualize concepts for clients, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize high-priority requests with specific SLAs. Your high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive will be key to your success in this dynamic and team-oriented environment at Zeta Global.
