Key Responsibilities: - Analyze requirements and collaborate with Business stakeholders to understand their requests - Develop new applications functionality and enhance current features - Responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of RPA systems - Investigate, analyze, and set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for the business model Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in VBA, .NET, SQL - High proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint - Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL and relational databases - Design skills to create user interfaces - Knowledge of Python or any RPA Tool (PEGA Robotics Studio, BluePrism, PowerAutomate preferred) - Experience working in an Agile environment - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills - Knowledge of Chrome Web Browser Automation, Web Scraping using Selenium - Familiarity with data visualization best practices - Capability to create visualizations, dashboards, and MIS Additional Company Details: Sun Life offers a broad range of protection and wealth products and services to individuals, businesses, and institutions.
