Key Responsibilities: - Analyze requirements and collaborate with Business stakeholders - Develop new application functionality and maintain existing features - Design, develop, and implement RPA systems - Investigate and set up automated processes to improve business efficiency - Review MA Tool with the ORM Team - Provide support to the BPA Team - Establish strong relationships with business unit leaders and onshore partners Qualifications: - Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in VBA & SQL - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Power-point) - Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL and relational databases - Design skills for creating user interfaces - VBA + DOT Net programming experience with any database - Preferred knowledge of PEGA Automation Tool - Experience working in an Agile environment - Analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills - Familiarity with Web Scraping - Knowledge of data visualization best practices In this role, you will be part of the IT - Application Development category.
