Solutions Engineer - SDK Integration

As a Senior Solution Engineer focusing on SDK Integration, your role will involve working closely with partners to guide them through SDK integrations for monetization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products seamlessly integrate into the world's largest mobile publishers' app experiences, solving real-world integration challenges, and optimizing performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - **End-to-end Integrations**: Serve as the primary technical contact for top-tier global publishers, assisting them from initial discussions to successful launch and post-launch support. - **Collaboration**: Liaise with Product teams to provide valuable feedback on SDK usability and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure long-term integration success. - **Solution Design**: Develop integration strategies that are compatible with various tech stacks, prioritize performance optimization, and minimize overhead. - **Complex Issue Resolution**: Investigate and troubleshoot intricate issues such as network latency, rendering errors, or ad-serving pipeline inconsistencies. - **Leadership and Mentorship**: Contribute to documentation, promote best practices, mentor junior engineers, and advocate for publishers' perspectives internally. - **Innovative Approach**: Utilize AI tools for efficient debugging, rapid prototyping, and testing of ideas before implementation. **Qualifications Required:** - **AdTech Expertise**: Profound understanding of AdTech concepts like Prebid, oRTB, VAST/VPAID/MRAID, mediation, attribution, and header bidding. - **SDK Integration Proficiency**: Experience integrating third-party SDKs into mobile apps, diagnosing issues across different devices, OS versions, and environments. - **Analytical Thinker**: Comfortable utilizing analytics and debugging tools to trace and resolve issues throughout the tech stack. - **AI Proficiency**: Actively using AI tools to enhance debugging, test code, or explore innovative solutions. - **Mobile Development Skills**: Strong grasp of iOS and Android lifecycles, with an advantage of experience in Unity or Cocos2d-x. - **Communication Skills**: Ability to articulate complex technical subjects clearly to diverse audiences, from account managers to senior engineers. - **Problem-Solving Attitude**: Enjoy tackling challenging problems persistently until optimal solutions are achieved and scalable.
