Solutions Architect, FSI Fintech

As a Solutions Architect at AWS India, your role will involve owning the technical engagement and success of specific implementation projects. You will be required to develop deep expertise in AWS technologies, understand how applications and services are built on the AWS platform, and work with customers who have built new business models in the Fintech sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Mapping and modeling business requirements & user access patterns to technology & performance requirements - Comparing various design patterns and discerning between different data and compute technologies - Designing for scaling, high availability, and security while minimizing costs - Designing Disaster Recovery solutions and advising on DevOps pipelines and monitoring Infrastructure & Applications using AWS technologies - Conducting Well Architected Reviews and collaborating with AWS Specialists in areas like AI, Analytics, and Media to implement innovative solutions - Identifying feature gaps, suggesting new features, and presenting Architecture Patterns, Best practices, and Case Studies to Technical communities and customer C-Suite Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas - 7+ years of experience in design, implementation, operations, or consulting with distributed applications - Experience in design patterns, reliability, and scaling of systems - Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, containers ecosystem, and analytical skills - Experience in API design, cloud architecture, service-oriented architecture, and performance optimization - Familiarity with networking fundamentals, security, databases, and operating systems - 4+ years of experience in cloud-based solutions, system, network, and operating system Preferred qualifications include experience in migrating legacy customer solutions to the cloud, working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, and experience with open-source technologies like Linux, Spring, or React.
