Role Overview:
As a Specialist with 4+ years of experience, you will provide real-time assistance to clients by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Your responsibilities will include helping clients and supporting personal level 1 and 2 with issues related to the installation and configuration of the product. You will be expected to manage case loads, respond to issues within the SLA timeframe, and document solutions, processes, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously
- Diagnose and resolve technical, hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or chat tools
- Knowledge of MySQL or equivalent database to query information
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Zendesk; Siebel knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of rest API usage and experience in creating APIs is advantageous
- Desired knowledge of programming languages like Python or JavaScript
- Experience in building software tools to automate manual processes using frameworks like Angular and Flask
- Familiarity with debugging tools such as Sumo Logic, Mixpanel, and SSH commands in Linux
