Software Team Lead

As a member of the Application Engineering experts team within the AI, Insights & Solutions team at the top-ranked consulting firm, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage data and artificial intelligence to drive competitive advantage for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based AI applications. Your role will involve implementing analytics features, ensuring application security and compliance, monitoring performance, and contributing to code reviews and best practices. Additionally, you will stay updated on emerging technologies and work on automating deployment processes to enhance the analytics platform. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to implement analytics features that meet business requirements and user needs. - Deploy, manage, and scale analytics applications in cloud environments using Kubernetes and containerization technologies. - Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations. - Monitor and troubleshoot application performance to ensure reliability and user experience. - Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards for maintainable code. - Stay current with cloud computing, data analytics, and software engineering trends to enhance platform capabilities. - Automate deployment processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and optimize development workflow. - Support the analytics application engineering capabilities of clients. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years of experience, with 3+ years at Senior or Staff level. - Proficiency in server-side technologies like Django, Flask, Fast API. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Terraform Automation. - Strong knowledge of Python, DevOps, CI/CD, and workflow orchestration. - Experience with large-scale databases, orchestration, and container technologies. - Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and data architecture. - Agile development methodologies.
