You will be part of the Build by McKinsey team, which leverages digital capabilities to help clients transform their businesses. This tech delivery unit consists of a global team of software, data and cloud engineers, designers, technology architects, product owners, and technologists. Working with this diverse community, you will design and create innovative products and tools for our clients.

Your role will involve leading digital transformation projects, working in small, agile development teams that combine open-source technologies with traditional Enterprise software products. You will be hands-on in leading software development teams, prototyping code, participating in code reviews, and guiding the adoption of technical standards and best practices to enhance organizational capability. Your expertise will expand into Cloud technologies, full-stack software engineering, and DevOps.

Collaborating with clients from various sectors, you will use your technical expertise to translate their strategic goals into tangible outcomes through technology. In addition to hands-on development, you will coach and mentor client teams to embed best practices and deliver innovative software products and services.
