Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 9+ years of experience as a Backend heavy full-stack developer. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Must-Have: - Strong Experience in Core Java, REST, Spring. - Proficiency in Unit Testing and Automation. - Familiarity with CI/CD, Jenkins. - Experience with Storage systems like NoSQL (Cassandra/HBase/MongoDB). - Proficient in analyzing Functional & Non-Functional requirements for effort estimation and deployment strategies. - Hands-on experience in Architecting and developing applications from scratch. - Strong debugging skills. - Design capabilities for performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability. - Solid problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Good to Have: - Experience in Javascript & React. - Understanding of Browser Extension development. - Exposure to GWT/Swing/AWT. - Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
