Role Overview: You will be joining EVA2Z, India's first full-stack Mobility Intelligence Platform as a Software Developer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing features for the Android app (EVA2Z Connect) and backend systems using AI coding tools to enhance efficiency and speed of development. Key Responsibilities: - Build and release Android features utilizing Kotlin & Jetpack Compose (KMP). - Develop and manage scalable backend APIs and services. - Utilize AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude for accelerated development. - Work on GPS telematics, driver behavior scoring, fleet management modules. - Implement E-Vault, Driver Hire marketplace, and IoT data integrations. - Write clean and maintainable code, participate in peer reviews. - Collaborate directly with founders for visibility and recognition. Qualifications Required: - 35 years of hands-on software development experience. - Proficiency in Kotlin for Android development. - Experience with Jetpack Compose, Android architecture (MVVM/MVI). - Backend development skills in Node.js, Python, or similar. - Knowledge of REST API design, integration, and database management (SQL/NoSQL). - Familiarity with AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
