Social Media Coordinator - Podcast & Reels

As a Social Media Coordinator at Figuring Fashion Podcast, you will be an integral part of a fast-growing media brand that aims to bring Indias fashion and lifestyle industry into the spotlight. Your role will involve managing and publishing podcast content across YouTube & Instagram, coordinating the release of full episodes and short-form clips, repurposing long-form podcast conversations into engaging Reels with guidance, writing simple and compelling captions and titles, and collaborating closely with our in-house editor to highlight the strongest moments from each episode. Additionally, you will support content planning and experiment with various formats to determine what resonates with the audience, making this role simple in theory but powerful in execution. Working at Figuring Fashion Podcast means working directly with the founder and a small creative team, engaging in real conversations with industry influencers such as designers, photographers, and entrepreneurs, and gaining insights into how digital content grows beyond just posting.
