Job Description
As a Client Servicing Manager at our digital marketing agency, your role will involve serving as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns and delivering exceptional client experiences. You must possess the ability to handle multiple clients effectively, drawing on your experience in agency settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams such as creative, performance, and Copy.
- Understand client goals, business objectives, and marketing needs to develop and execute digital marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and presenting reports, insights, and performance metrics to clients.
- Coordinate campaign planning, execution, and optimization across various channels including social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and grow client accounts, handle client queries, feedback, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention while managing multiple projects with short deadlines and pressure.
- Utilize hands-on experience in Power Point and Excel software for effective communication and reporting.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and project management tools is advantageous.
Preferred Skills and Traits:
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, basic understanding of performance metrics, and client relationship management.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights, client-centric approach, strong interpersonal skills, proactive and solution-oriented.
