Site Reliability Engineer- Server Support

As an SRE SES (Server Engineering Support) at our company, you will play a crucial role in transforming traditional IT operations into SRE ops. You will need to have a deep understanding of SLI/SLOs, Toil, error budget, and observability tools. Your primary responsibilities will include automating and improving the reliability, performance, and availability of IT infrastructure and network. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating scalable and resilient IT infrastructure and networks to minimize downtime and incidents while ensuring the availability of critical applications and services. Key Responsibilities: - Experienced in at least one of IT Infrastructure technologies such as Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware, Network Routing & Switching, Backup/storage technologies, Cloud/Container technologies, Database/App support. - 4 years of experience in SRE, observability tools, and automation. - Automate IT infrastructure tasks using tools like Ansible for system management, application monitoring, and auto-healing incidents. - Have coding experience and automation skills using Ansible or other automation tools. - Excellent communication skills. Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of relevant experience in the field. - Notice period of 0-30 days. - Proven experience in SRE operations and automation. - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies.
