Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of Blue Yonder's Professional Services Sales team as an Inside Services Sales Associate. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth within a defined set of accounts in the assigned region/territory. Your role involves generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding existing relationships, qualifying leads, and managing all stages of the sales process for Blue Yonder's Professional Service offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and business objectives to foster strategic partnerships between Blue Yonder and its clients. - Drive end-to-end sales by managing a strong pipeline, forecasting accurately, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets. - Develop and execute account plans to identify, pursue, and win new professional services engagements, driving net-new services bookings and expanding into new markets, industries, and verticals. - Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, campaigns, and other outreach efforts to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities. - Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns to promote Blue Yonder's services to both new and existing customers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to deliver compelling proposals and recommendations. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and execution of sales initiatives. - Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospects and partners, clearly communicating the value of Blue Yonder's solutions and services. - Stay aligned with Blue Yonder's overall product and services strategy to position sales campaigns effectively in the market. - Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM, including lead status, sales activity, pipeline forecasts, and performance tracking. - Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and impact of the sales function. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable business outcomes. - Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities. - Strong capability to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively to address business challenges. - High level of curiosity, adaptability, and coachability, with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning. - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach), and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Experience leveraging or experimenting with Generative AI tools to enhance outreach, messaging, or productivity is an advantage. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Flexibility to work across regional time zones and collaborate seamlessly with global sales teams. - Fluency in English; additional proficiency in European languages is highly desirable.
