ServiceNow-ServiceNow TSM-DM Migration-Senior

As a Senior in the EY GDS-ServiceNow team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and high-quality team to solve client problems using the ServiceNow platform. Your role will involve configuring/customizing the ServiceNow system, building service request workflows, automating tasks, performing integrations, and developing technical specifications documentation based on business requirements. You will also work on data manipulation, system testing, and improving system capabilities throughout the development and delivery of ServiceNow releases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Performs Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creation workflows - Builds service request fulfilment workflow from customer requirements - Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality to automate tasks - Performs integrations and process automation - Gathers specifications from business departments and delivers products that meet requirements - Manipulates and maintains data between Service-now and other systems - Collaborates with business liaison to generate dashboards and reports - Analyzes user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities - Conducts system and integration testing with sample and live data **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Knowledge of authentication protocols such as Active Directory / LDAP, JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, etc. - Experience in integrating with internal and external applications and systems - Implementation experience on various ServiceNow applications - Knowledge of digital technologies like Machine learning, AI, IOT, Blockchain **Qualifications Required:** - College degree in a related technology field - 4 to 5 years of experience in a development role - ServiceNow certifications and ITIL foundations certification are a plus - Experience with SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or equivalent tools - Knowledge of ServiceNows latest version's features Joining EY will provide you with the opportunity to work on inspiring projects, receive support and coaching from engaging colleagues, and develop new skills in a flexible and stimulating environment.
