Job Description
As a Time Service Delivery Specialist at Novartis, you will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the smooth implementation of time management processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of Workday Absence Management, such as setting up absence plans, maintaining employee records, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Implementing and maintaining accurate and efficient time management processes in compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Providing ongoing support and training to end-users on utilizing Workday Absence Management Operations.
- Performing regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborating with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of time and attendance data.
- Producing accurate and timely reports for management, offering insights and analysis on time management metrics.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Time/Absence Management or a similar role, with a focus on Workday Absence Management Operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in time management processes, including absence plan setup, employee record maintenance, and troubleshooting in Workday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- A keen understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws related to time and attendance.
