SEO Team Leader

You are an experienced SEO Team Leader who will be responsible for managing an SEO team and devising effective strategies to enhance website rankings on Google. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee a team of SEO Executives. - Strategize and execute SEO plans to boost Google rankings. - Conduct and supervise On-Page SEO tasks such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structure. - Manage Off-Page SEO efforts including backlink building and guest posting. - Perform Technical SEO audits to enhance website speed, indexing, and overall performance. - Utilize AI tools for SEO content optimization, keyword research, and planning. - Analyze competitor websites and formulate ranking strategies. - Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and SEO performance. - Ensure adherence to Google guidelines and best practices in SEO work. - Provide training and assistance to junior SEO team members. - Prepare monthly SEO reports and conduct performance analysis. Qualifications Required: - 35 years of experience in SEO/Digital Marketing. - Proficient in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO. - Prior experience in managing an SEO team. - Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console. - Hands-on experience with AI SEO tools like ChatGPT or similar tools. - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in WordPress SEO. - Understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. - Knowledge of AI content generation and optimization tools. - Understanding of advanced keyword strategy and content marketing.
