As an experienced SEO Specialist at NiKa Consulting Group, you will be responsible for managing and executing complete SEO strategies across multiple client projects. This includes technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page strategy, and local SEO. Your role will require ownership, accountability, and consistent execution to drive performance, not just reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals - Conduct technical SEO audits focusing on indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, and schema - Perform advanced keyword research based on intent and competition analysis - Optimize service pages and landing pages for improved conversions - Execute white-hat backlink building strategies for organic growth - Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for enhanced local SEO - Monitor performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush - Improve keyword rankings and drive organic traffic growth - Identify competitor gaps and leverage ranking opportunities - Prepare structured monthly SEO performance reports for clients Qualifications Required: - 35 years of proven experience in SEO - Solid understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors - Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4 - Experience working on WordPress and Shopify websites - Understanding of Core Web Vitals and expertise in site speed optimization - Knowledge of structured data and schema implementation - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong analytical and reporting skills NiKa Consulting Group is a growing digital marketing and web development agency that focuses on structured growth, measurable results, and long-term digital positioning.
