As an SMO Specialist, your role will involve developing, implementing, and managing organic social media strategies to enhance engagement and increase follower growth. You will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and optimizing high-quality, shareable content across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Engaging with followers, addressing queries, and fostering community interaction will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will be required to monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance utilizing tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics. Collaborating with designers and content creators to ensure alignment of visuals and messaging with brand identity is essential. Keeping abreast of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and working closely with SEO and SEM teams to synchronize messaging across digital campaigns will also be part of your duties. Conducting competitor research to identify opportunities and benchmark performance will further contribute to your role.

To excel in this position, you should possess proven work experience in social media marketing or as an SMO Specialist. A deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their best practices, along with hands-on experience with social media management tools, will be beneficial. Strong creative and storytelling skills, coupled with the ability to craft engaging posts, are essential. Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva and Freepik are advantageous. Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are key requirements for this role.

In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree is necessary, along with proven experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in the Real Estate industry. A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content is highly valued.
