Job Description

You are seeking an SEO Intern with 6 months of experience to join the team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page and off-page SEO, event listing, media partnership collaborations, guest posting, and Web 2.0 submissions. Proficiency in using Google SEO tools to optimize website visibility and performance is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Implement on-page SEO techniques such as meta tags, keyword optimization, internal linking, and content optimization. - Execute off-page SEO activities including link building, guest posting, blog outreach, and social bookmarking. - Optimize Web 2.0 submissions and create quality backlinks for improved rankings. - Conduct regular SEO audits and implement fixes for technical issues. Event Management & Media Collaboration: - List conferences and events on relevant event management sites for improved visibility. - Identify and collaborate with media partners, industry blogs, and online publications for link-building and content-sharing opportunities. - Develop relationships with bloggers, influencers, and industry leaders for content collaborations. Content & Guest Posting: - Identify guest blogging opportunities on authoritative sites and submit high-quality articles. - Work with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content creation. - Manage and update press releases, news articles, and blog content on various platforms. SEO Tools & Analytics: - Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to track performance and make data-driven SEO improvements. - Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. - Monitor and improve domain authority, page authority, and backlink quality. Qualifications Required: - 6 months of proven SEO experience, preferably in the event management, medical, or publishing industry. - Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO. - Experience with event listing, media partnerships, and guest posting. - Familiarity with Web 2.0 submissions, forum postings, and directory submissions. - Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console. - Ability to analyze reports, track performance, and improve rankings. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach and collaboration.
