As a Product Analyst at Lightfury Games, you will play a crucial role in leading the analytics function for the mobile F2P sports game 'E-Cricket'. Your responsibilities will involve utilizing product data to make informed decisions across gameplay systems, player progression, monetization, and live operations. Working closely with product managers, designers, and leadership, you will translate player data into actionable insights that will shape the game's roadmap and live strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement the game's telemetry framework and event taxonomy for tracking player behavior and gameplay systems.
- Define, track, and manage core product KPIs including retention, engagement, progression, and in-game economy health.
- Create actionable dashboards and analytics frameworks using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, Looker, or Tableau.
- Conduct A/B tests and live experiments to evaluate gameplay features, monetization systems, and player engagement strategies.
- Provide clear product recommendations based on player behavior and performance data.
- Lead KPI and performance reviews with product leadership to contribute to strategic decision-making for the game.
**Qualifications Required:**
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics for mobile F2P games.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of retention, engagement, progression, and in-game economy metrics.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and product decisions.
- Comfortable collaborating with senior product, design, and leadership teams.
