Senior UX/UI Designer - AI

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Softobiz, you will be an integral part of the Healthcare GCC Design Function, supporting global healthcare products and digital transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to design scalable, compliant, and accessible experiences across various healthcare applications on web, mobile, and emerging digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a design bridge between global product stakeholders and GCC engineering teams - Transform business and clinical needs into intuitive, safe, and high-performance user experiences - Conduct UX research & discovery, understanding healthcare workflows and regulatory needs - Design complex, safety-critical workflows and create intuitive forms and data visualization - Develop responsive web & mobile interfaces and build reusable GCC design systems - Design handoff & QA, focusing on performance UX and compliance-aware UX - Utilize UX skills such as HIPAA-aware design thinking, complex form & data UX, and interaction design - Implement design thinking methodology, responsive & mobile-first design, and dashboard & data visualization design - Proficiency in modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) and mobile platforms (Flutter, React Native, iOS/Android) - Create component libraries & design tokens and apply API-driven UX concepts - Proficient in Figma as the primary design & prototyping tool, along with Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure RP, and Balsamiq - Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphics & assets, as well as frontend awareness in responsive frameworks & design tokens Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in UI/UX, with at least 4 years in enterprise product design - Strong web & mobile design experience, with the ability to translate business needs into UX - Experience in creating design system artifacts, motion design, and UX writing - Familiarity with AI design tools and experience with analytics & BI UX About Softobiz: At Softobiz, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and providing equal employment opportunities without discrimination.
