Senior UIUX Designer/Specialist

As a Principal UX Designer at Aezion, you will be responsible for designing experiences for acquisition, care, or product across all platforms. Your role will involve utilizing various graphic software applications, techniques, and tools to design, prototype, and develop user interface features that communicate efficiently and move users effortlessly through tasks and experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating advanced knowledge of UX design principles. - Independently managing multiple large-scale projects involving internal and external talent. - Applying your expertise to develop Aezion design processes, roles, and resources. - Simplifying complex business and software development workflows into easy-to-use experiences. - Collaborating with enterprise partners to create new interface and interaction patterns. - Creating consistent visual conventions across applications. - Gathering and incorporating user feedback and feature requests into the interface. - Establishing design needs, requirements, and acceptance criteria. In terms of Collaboration & Connection, you will be: - Collaborating with software architects, engineers, product managers, and research teams to translate customer and business needs into engaging digital experiences. - Advocating for the customer through human-centered design methodologies. - Supporting design-led workshops and prioritizing design-centered product enhancements. - Connecting with design community peers and participating in hiring processes. In Discovery & Delivery, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting early product definition by facilitating discovery sessions. - Contributing to style guides, iconography, and infographics. - Participating in end-to-end product design, from understanding customer needs to delivering high-fidelity prototypes. - Designing within existing and creating new standards to contribute to the internal design system. - Creating high-fidelity design assets for development and delivery to market. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design. - Experience in designing software or mobile applications, with knowledge of responsive web layouts and cross-channel experiences. - Proficiency in creating components and interactive prototypes in Figma/Adobe XD. - Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Sketch and/or Figma. - Experience working in an established design system and understanding the software development lifecycle. Your Experience: - 6+ years of senior-level, real-world design experience with project management skills.
