Working within the Digital Products team, you will collaborate with driven critical thinkers to deliver lasting value to clients and the organization on a global scale. Your contribution will be instrumental in advancing data-led experiences, embracing iterative product design, and fostering collaboration across the organization during this period of digital transformation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize and design creative solutions aligned with brand standards while pushing boundaries towards new visual experiences based on user research and business goals. - Develop modern designs for products and websites, evolving current designs and components to the next generation with a focus on accessibility standards and responsive design. - Collaborate with the Digital Experience team and participate in the design review process. - Translate abstract ideas into impactful experiences. - Create and maintain digital design systems that can be shared internally, with agencies, designers, and development teams using tools like Figma. - Produce low and high-fidelity designs and click-through prototypes for user testing across various viewports. - Effectively communicate ideas and design rationale, adhering to UX/UI best practices, to project teams and stakeholders. - Advocate for the end user throughout the research, design, and development phases. - Collaborate with a global project team, including researchers, developers, content creators, brand representatives, and product owners, throughout the design and development process. - Define UX requirements to guide developers and create user flows for new experiences. - Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices. - Experience working in an agile project team and collaborating with distributed teams across different time zones. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree in the same field is preferred. - 5+ years of experience in HCI, art, design, or related fields. - Proficiency in tools like Figma Creative Suite, Figma, and other design software. - Demonstrated experience in creating design systems, rapid prototyping, and building high-fidelity interactive prototypes for research. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. - Certification in UI/UX Design, Human-Centered Design, or Interaction Design is highly preferred. - Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Training in accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG) is advantageous. - Experience with Agile and Lean UX methodologies is a plus.
