Job Description

Role Overview:

As a results-driven professional with expertise in finance, data analysis, and business reporting, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and growth of the Global Capability Center (GCC) at Ralph Lauren Corporation. You will partner closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, drive operational excellence, and deliver executive-level reporting across Technology and Business Operations. Your analytical rigor, strong business acumen, and high sense of ownership will be instrumental in creating measurable impact in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Finance and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights on cost, utilization, and efficiency for the Technology Business.
  • Support financial performance tracking, budgeting, and variance analysis for the Technology Business within GCC.
  • Assist with Business case planning & set-up of initiatives and capabilities to support the Enterprise objectives.
  • Gather market trends and insights, like competitive analysis, to help shape global differentiated capabilities for business growth.
  • Manage and deliver communications to senior stakeholders by summarizing key business insights, optimizations, and technology reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Excel) to track key GCC benefits, value & operational metrics, KPIs, and talent insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams seamlessly to track technology and operations initiatives, articulate the value, and measure the business impact appropriately.
  • Take full accountability for assigned deliverables from requirement gathering to execution.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Senior Manager and GCC leadership team.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 6 to 8 years of overall experience in financial analysis, business reporting, or operations support.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and one or more BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience within a Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, or Technology service organization is preferred.
  • Understanding of FP&A processes, operational governance, and vendor management.
  • Experience working with global or matrixed teams across geographies.
  • Knowledge of and leverage new age technologies like GenAI. Role Overview:
