Senior Technical Lead - Optimizely Full Stack

You will be working as an Optimizely Architect/Lead with expertise in CMP & Personalization Integration at AceNet Consulting, a global business and technology consulting firm with a consultative approach and deep domain expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include end-to-end architecture across CMS, CMP, and external integrations, designing and implementing CMS + CMP content lifecycle, leading API-based integrations, developing complex CMS components, and governing DXP environments and CI/CD pipelines. You will also participate in workshops, roadmap planning, and stakeholder discussions, mentor developers, and ensure performance, security, compliance, and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Own end-to-end architecture across CMS, CMP, and external integrations.
• Design and implement CMS + CMP content lifecycle including workflow, metadata, localization, and publishing automation.
• Lead secure API-based integration (REST, Webhooks) between CMP CMS and other external applications, web & mobile.
• Develop complex CMS components, services, integrations, and search configurations.
• Govern DXP environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure performance, security, compliance, and reliability.
• Participate in workshops, estimations, roadmap planning, and stakeholder discussions.
• Mentor developers and enforce coding standards.

**Required Skills:**

• 610+ years .NET / ASP.NET Core.
• 4+ years hands-on Optimizely CMS (DXP).
• Experience with Optimizely CMP.
• Strong API and integration design experience.
• Azure cloud & CI/CD exposure.
• Experience designing content lifecycle, governance, and multilingual setups.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Skills:**

• Optimizely Personalization.
• Headless architecture experience.
• Enterprise/regulated environment exposure.
