Senior Tech Lead Coupa Analyst

As a Senior Tech Lead with 7 to 15 years of experience, your role will involve focusing on Coupa projects, RPMA, enhancements, and support. You will be based in Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Visakhapatnam with shift timings from 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST. The ideal candidate should be able to join within 60 days. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your Coupa implementation experience to work on Coupa CLM and RPMA, and manage the vendor management process within Coupa. - Administer Coupa eProcurement software, ensuring all enhancements, changes, and issues are addressed promptly. - Understand and cater to requirements related to requisitions, PO's, invoices, procurement, and AP processes, deploying Coupa best practices. - Coordinate with AP team, Procurement team, and development teams for project enhancements. - Identify areas for process improvement, develop new processes, and communicate recommendations effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to coordinate requirements, design, and enhancements. - Participate in project planning, test case writing, UAT planning, and various testing phases for Procurement applications. - Develop BRDs and conceptual designs for multiple projects concurrently. - Provide support for integrations, defect resolution, and documentation. - Coupa certification would be considered advantageous. Qualifications Required: - 7 to 15 years of experience in a relevant technical role. - Proven experience in Coupa implementation and vendor management processes. - Strong communication skills to interact with business leaders and users across different teams. - Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders. - Prior experience in project planning, test case development, and UAT testing. - Coupa certification would be a plus.
