As a true talent advisor, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify the right talent, demonstrating a strong understanding of technical concepts.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.
- Partner with stakeholders and business leaders, providing insight and strategy throughout the hiring process.
- Thrive in opportunities to learn about teams, products, and technologies.
**Job Requirements:**
- Proven experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to use data to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
**Preferred Candidate Profile:**
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 4 years recruiting for technical/engineering positions.
- Experience building globally distributed teams and working across multiple time zones.
- Experience scaling engineering teams in areas such as Full Stack or Backend Engineering, Engineering Management, AI and Machine Learning, Database and Data Visualization, Infrastructure and DevOps.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
