Senior Solutions Architect (AWS & DevOps)

As a Delivery Senior Solution Architect in our team based in Chennai, you will play a crucial role as the primary technical authority on critical projects. Your responsibilities will include working closely with project managers, Managed Services, and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and efficient solutions. You are expected to be hands-on, capable of addressing complex delivery challenges by diving into the console or code when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Possess SA Professional Certification - Assess knowledge on VMWare and Hyper-V environments - Understand Licensing Models - Familiar with AWS Funding Programs - Proficient in Control Tower - Knowledge of Containers and Kubernetes - Experience with AWS Security services (Guardrails, Security Hub, Inspector, GuardDuty) - Familiarity with OS Platforms (Windows, Linux) - Understanding of commonly used applications (Java, Python, .Net, etc) - Ability in Architecture Design and AWS TCO Preparation In your role as an Architecture & Design Authority, you will: - Take full ownership of technical delivery for enterprise clients - Translate high-level business requirements into low-level technical designs and architectural blueprints - Design robust solutions utilizing AWS Preferred, Azure, or GCP - Review code and configurations to ensure they meet Well-Architected Framework standards For Hands-On Delivery & Execution, you will: - Work alongside engineers to implement complex parts of the architecture - Serve as the highest level of technical escalation during delivery - Drive 'Day 2' operations logic for client modernization In terms of Client Advisory & Strategy, you will: - Interface directly with Client Enterprise Architects and CTOs - Assess technical feasibility for new requirements to prevent scope creep - Defend architectural decisions and explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders Essential Skills: - 5+ years in IT Infrastructure/Software, with 5+ years in Cloud Architecture - Proficiency in Terraform and writing modular, reusable code - Deep understanding of Kubernetes and containerization - Experience in designing deployment strategies using CI/CD tools - Hands-on experience with migration tools and application modernization - Knowledge of AWS Partner Program (preferred) Qualifications: - Mandatory AWS Cloud Certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional) - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience Join us in this challenging and rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to lead critical projects and drive technical excellence in cloud architecture.
