Job Description
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator for Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) at Logitech, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and evolving the Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Revenue Cloud Configuration: You will own the maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce CPQ & Billing, managing Product Bundles, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Quote Templates, and Revenue Recognition rules.
- Complex Automation: Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and Advanced Approvals to support dynamic pricing logic and approval hierarchies without relying on custom code.
- Release Management: Manage the deployment of configuration changes across sandboxes and production environments using DevOps best practices such as GitHub and Prodly.
- System Health & Data Integrity: Monitor the CPQ calculation engine, troubleshoot quote synchronization errors, and ensure data integrity between Salesforce and downstream ERP systems like Oracle, as well as other integration systems like Mulesoft.
- User Support & Enablement: Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex quoting issues and assist Sales Operations in troubleshooting "stuck" quotes or billing errors.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate complex pricing strategies and subscription models into technical requirements.
Key Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and experiences:
- Salesforce Expertise: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex, multi-currency environment.
- Revenue Cloud Specialist: Deep experience configuring Salesforce CPQ, with familiarity in the "Object Model" of CPQ including Quote Lines, Subscriptions, Assets, and Contracted Prices.
- Sales Cloud Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience, particularly in Salesforce CPQ, with hands-on involvement in at least one large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ Implementation.
- Subscription Management: Experience in managing subscription lifecycles within Salesforce, including Amendments, Renewals, and Co-terming.
- Declarative Development: Proficiency in Salesforce Flows to build complex logic without requiring an Apex developer.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex pricing waterfall issues and calculation errors under pressure.
- Communication: Capability to explain technical CPQ constraints to non-technical business stakeholders in Finance and Sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Highly Preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator.
- Experience with Salesforce Billing, including invoicing, credit notes, and payment gateways.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with ERPs such as Oracle and SAP for order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with Apex triggers (ability to read/debug code is a plus, though writing is not required).
