Senior QA Automation Engineer

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer with a focus on Big Data environments, ETL testing, and automation, your role will involve: - Developing and executing automation and manual test cases for Big Data applications - Performing ETL testing and ensuring regression coverage for large-scale data pipelines - Building and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Protractor, or similar tools - Conducting API and performance testing using tools like Rest Assured, SoapUI, and JMeter - Working with large datasets to validate data accuracy, consistency, and transformations - Collaborating with global teams, stakeholders, and developers - Participating in test planning, defect tracking, and release processes - Ensuring quality across the full SDLC in a Big Data environment Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong experience in QA automation and manual testing - Proficiency in Java or Python - Experience with ETL testing and Big Data systems, particularly in large-scale data validation - Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Protractor, and TestComplete - Experience with API testing tools like Rest Assured, SoapUI, and JMeter - Experience working with large datasets, handling terabytes of data - Strong collaboration and communication skills This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with occasional visits to the office in Pune or Bangalore.
