Senior Python Developer

Role Overview: You will be a Software Engineer working on a challenging project involving cutting-edge technologies. Your main focus will be on developing software that will impact a large user base. You will utilize your critical thinking and technical skills to create innovative solutions and collaborate with teams from various disciplines. Key Responsibilities: - Build scripts capable of parallel and batch processing for optimal performance. - Fine-tune existing scripts to enhance performance. - Manage end-to-end development using Python. - Implement best standards and practices in Python coding based on previous experience. - Automate multi-agent workflows using CrewAI. - Scripting and programming expertise, particularly in Python. - Independently design programs, such as Python wrappers for other scripts or programs. - Experience working in Agile DevOps culture, including ADO, Kanban, and sprints. - Senior level interaction both internally and with clients. Qualifications Required: Must have: - Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in core Python development, with mandatory experience in CrewAI. - Hands-on experience with scripting and programming, particularly in Python. - Ability to design programs independently. - Familiarity with Agile DevOps practices. - Strong communication skills for interactions with internal teams and clients. Nice to have: - Knowledge of Open Telemetry, SDKs, APIs, and client-server models. - Familiarity with IBM Z mainframe systems and components like Omnibus, MQ, CICS, DB2, IMS. - Exposure to the monitoring and observability domain.
