Senior Project Manager Web & Mobile Development

As a Project Manager at our company, you will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our clients in Dubai, managing end-to-end delivery of website development, web application development, and mobile application development projects. Your role will involve strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, structured project governance, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across different time zones. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary liaison between Dubai-based clients and internal development teams. - Lead requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and scope business requirements into detailed functional and technical briefs. - Conduct regular client meetings (status updates, sprint demos, milestone reviews). - Manage expectations, escalations, and change requests effectively. - Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources. - Maintain project plans, sprint roadmaps, and delivery milestones. - Monitor project KPIs including velocity, burn-down, and resource risks proactively. - Work closely with UI/UX Designers, Frontend & Backend Developers, Mobile App Developers (iOS/Android/Flutter/React Native), QA Teams, and DevOps Teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of solutions. - Implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies. - Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. - Ensure proper documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria). - Support pre-sales during estimation and proposal stages. - Manage scope creep and change control processes. - Track billing milestones and payment schedules. - Ensure project profitability and margin control. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing digital development projects. - Proven experience with website development, web application development, and mobile app development. - Experience working with international clients, preferably Middle East / Dubai clients. - Understanding of frontend technologies, backend frameworks, mobile technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud hosting. - Agile / Scrum certification is preferred. - Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Confluence, Git, Slack, etc. - Excellent communication skills, documentation abilities, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capabilities. - Comfortable working in UAE time zone overlap. **Preferred Qualifications:** - PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification is preferred. - Experience managing multi-project portfolios and exposure to enterprise-grade digital transformation projects. - Competitive salary based on experience and expertise.
