Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple complex IT infrastructure programs from initiation to closure. - Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, budget, resources, timelines, and risk assessments. - Oversee the execution of projects within the program, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and best practices. - Manage and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed. - Effectively manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency. - Communicate program status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. - Ensure seamless integration of new infrastructure components and systems. - Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for technology solutions and services. - Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and IT infrastructure delivery. - Ensure compliance with relevant IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements. - Facilitate effective decision-making processes among project teams and stakeholders. - Provide strategic guidance and technical oversight for infrastructure projects. - Champion best practices in IT project and program management. - Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. - 10+ years of experience in IT project and program management, with at least 5 years in a dedicated program management role focusing on IT infrastructure. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex IT infrastructure programs (e.g., cloud computing, network architecture, data center operations, cybersecurity). - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is required. - Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience managing budgets in excess of X crore . - Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. - Experience with ITIL framework is a plus. - Adaptability to hybrid work models and ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
