Job Description
As a Product Data Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive product adoption, user retention, engagement, and monetization. Your collaboration with Data Engineers to analyze and interpret large datasets will be essential in identifying trends and developing data visualizations. You will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance product performance and design reports and dashboards for monitoring product metrics.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining, analyzing, and communicating KPIs to drive product enhancements
- Designing and building reports, dashboards, and metrics for monitoring product performance
- Conducting trends and cohort analysis, A/B testing, and other experiments to identify areas for improvement
- Providing insights to increase product adoption, user retention, engagement, and monetization
- Participating in product planning meetings to provide data-driven insights
- Collaborating with data engineers to clean, refine, and analyze datasets
- Ensuring data quality through collaboration with data engineers and implementing validation practices
- Staying updated on industry trends and analytics technologies
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Informatics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis using BI tools
- Strong knowledge of SQL and other data analysis tools like Excel, Python, PowerBI
- Proficiency in analyzing feature and usage metrics, A/B testing, conversion, retention, and user archetypes
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Previous success in uncovering data insights, designing experiments, and making recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with colleagues
