Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager at DAZN Hyderabad, you will have the opportunity to own a critical product area and drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of impactful features that enhance the customer experience and drive measurable business outcomes. Operating with high autonomy, you will identify opportunities, shape the product direction, and deliver results with speed and clarity. You will collaborate closely with leadership, mentor other Product Managers, and contribute to fostering a culture of customer obsession, commercial thinking, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product direction and roadmap for your domain.
- Lead product discovery, hypothesis testing, and data-driven prioritization to address key challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial Teams, and Operations to develop innovative and scalable solutions.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions.
- Develop business cases and measure success through clear KPIs, ROI, and customer impact.
- Advocate for the customer throughout the organization to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
- Drive alignment and communication across multiple workstreams.
- Lead by example in agile practices, focusing on outcomes, iterative delivery, and experimentation.
- Monitor product success, iterate based on performance, and learn from both successes and failures.
Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of product management experience in high-growth or technology-led organizations, preferably in high-traffic media streaming consumer Internet, or e-commerce companies.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling impactful digital products.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect product metrics to financial outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analytics, experimentation, and product discovery methods.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous and fast-paced settings.
- Bachelors or masters degree in business, Product, or a Technology-related discipline. Role Overview:
