Senior Product Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of new and existing features across web and mobile products. Your main focus will be on creating clean, intuitive, and delightful user experiences supported by research and best practices. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs. Your role will also involve advocating for user-centric outcomes and promoting design systems to ensure visual consistency across the platform. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end design for new and existing features across web and mobile products - Creating clean, intuitive, and delightful user experiences backed by research and best practices - Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs - Bringing a strong point of view on design decisions and advocating for user-centric outcomes - Championing design systems to scale visual consistency across the platform Qualifications Required: - 35+ years of product/UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B or data-heavy applications - A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, process, and attention to detail - Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) with solid knowledge of UX patterns, UI principles, and accessibility - Willingness to challenge assumptions, advocate for users, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and WFO setup in Chennai Additional Details: The following qualifications would be considered a plus: - Experience working with financial products, dashboards, or workflow automation - Ability to run or contribute to user testing and usability research - Motion/interaction design skills Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of new and existing features across web and mobile products.
