Job Description

As a B2B SaaS Marketing professional with 5+ years of experience, you will be responsible for planning and executing demand generation campaigns targeting the US market. Your focus will be on lead quality, MQL generation, pipeline velocity, and revenue contribution to drive substantial business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute multi-channel campaigns, including paid search, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, webinars, and more to reach the target audience effectively. - Constantly conduct A/B testing, track performance metrics, and iterate strategies to enhance campaign outcomes. - Utilize tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, and other performance marketing platforms to optimize campaign performance. - Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across various channels such as paid search, paid social, email, retargeting, and content syndication to align with pipeline and revenue goals. - Drive high-quality traffic, convert them into MQLs through compelling offers and optimized landing pages, and manage lead nurturing workflows using email marketing, retargeting, and CRM automation. - Collaborate with content marketers or freelancers to develop ad copy, lead magnets, landing pages, and nurture sequences that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions. - Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics like lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, MQL-to-SQL ratios, and pipeline contribution, and conduct regular performance reviews with leadership. - Implement a test-and-learn approach by constantly experimenting with different channels, creatives, offers, targeting strategies, landing pages, and CTAs to optimize campaign results. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record in demand generation. - Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, and other performance marketing platforms. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a strong focus on achieving business impact.
