Senior Oracle ERP Project Manager

Role Overview:

You will join Fusion Practices, a leading IT consultancy specializing in data-driven projects and finance transformations. As a Senior Oracle Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/Fusion projects in a client-facing role. Your expertise will contribute to driving project governance, managing stakeholders, and ensuring quality delivery aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP / Fusion implementations.
• Manage client stakeholders and drive project governance.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Handle risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking.
• Drive status reporting, leadership updates, and documentation.
• Coordinate across onsite and offshore teams.
• Ensure quality delivery aligned with business requirements.

Qualifications Required:

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion projects.
• Proven track record of managing full lifecycle implementations.
• Good understanding of Finance modules (AP, AR, GL).
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience in global delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP / Prince2 certification.
