Job Description

As a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist at project44, you will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and optimizing learning initiatives across the globe. Your expertise in instructional design, technology-driven learning solutions, and automation will be instrumental in enhancing team member development and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain various learning materials such as eLearning modules, facilitator guides, microlearning content, and job aids in alignment with project44's business objectives. - Apply instructional design frameworks like ADDIE, SAM, and Blooms Taxonomy to ensure the effectiveness of learning materials. - Utilize AI-powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT, MindSmith, and Notebook LM to accelerate development and enhance learner engagement. - Implement AI and automation tools to improve learning experiences, including onboarding bots, adaptive learning paths, and automated reporting. - Lead and manage global L&D programs including onboarding, compliance, and functional upskilling, collaborating with vendors, trainers, and internal subject-matter experts. - Facilitate live and virtual learning sessions across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring accessibility and availability of learning solutions on-demand. - Partner cross-functionally to identify skill gaps, design effective learning solutions, and promote a learning culture within the organization. Qualifications & Skills: Must-Have: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, EdTech, or Instructional Design. - Proficiency in AI/automation tools for content creation, personalization, or workflow automation. - Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. - Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools like Articulate, MindSmith, or Seismic. - Familiarity with learning data, analytics, and dashboards. - Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Highly resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable piloting new solutions. Good-to-Have: - Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, or related field. - Skills in video editing, graphic design, or multimedia content creation. - Data analytics or dashboarding skills using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. - Experience integrating AI with learning platforms, HR systems, or productivity tools. - Knowledge of xAPI, SCORM, or LRS (Learning Record Stores). - Exposure to multinational or SaaS companies with fast-paced, distributed workforces. - Experience in internal/external branding, internal comms, content writing, or similar.
