Senior Lead - ServiceNow Automation

As a seasoned ServiceNow Automation Architect, you will be responsible for taking technical ownership of complex and high-impact platform initiatives. Your role will involve translating ambitious business requirements into elegant and maintainable automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - **Architectural Leadership:** You will own the technical roadmap for platform automation, transitioning legacy workflows into modern solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. - **Enterprise Integration:** Design and govern complex bidirectional integrations between ServiceNow and the broader enterprise ecosystem, establishing standards and patterns across REST, SOAP, JSON, and custom Spokes. - **Automation Frameworks:** Lead the adoption and maturity of the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure stable and repeatable CI/CD pipelines. - **Advanced Experience Design:** Oversee the development of custom components and advanced Workspace configurations to create an intuitive user experience within the platform. - **Mentorship & Governance:** Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers on best practices and architectural decision-making. - **Innovation & AI Readiness:** Stay updated on emerging features and implement AI capabilities like AI Search and Now Intelligence to drive hyper-automation. Qualifications Required: - **Experience:** 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Architect role. - **Integration Mastery:** Expertise in IntegrationHub, custom API development, and third-party interface management. - **Advanced Scripting:** Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), GlideSystem, GlideRecord, and asynchronous processing patterns. - **Process Automation:** Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Action Designer for orchestration workflows. - **UI/UX Strategy:** Ability to design complex user interfaces using UI Builder and Service Portal custom widgets. - **Platform Health:** Understanding of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) for industry-aligned data structures.
