As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Innovapptive, you will be a hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using Angular + Node.js within Innovapptives AI-First SDLC. Reporting to a Technical Team Lead, you will combine deep coding skills with AI-assisted development practices, telemetry awareness, and a relentless focus on velocity and quality. This role offers an opportunity to be part of an AI-accelerated engineering pod that leverages Generative AI, automation, and data intelligence to ship code 10 faster with zero compromise on reliability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and Deliver High-Performance Applications - Design and implement front-end and back-end components using Angular + Node.js, ensuring clean, modular, and scalable code - Use Cursor.AI, ChatGPT, and Bolt.AI for rapid scaffolding, refactoring, documentation, and test generation - Collaborate with architects and designers to translate business requirements into performant, secure, and maintainable solutions - Embed AI and Automation into Development - Leverage AI copilots to auto-generate unit tests, optimize algorithms, and summarize pull-request changes - Integrate Testim, Playwright, or Cypress for AI-driven test automation and regression detection - Adopt AI-based code review bots and automated linting policies to enforce coding standards - Own Quality, Observability, and Reliability - Instrument code with Sentry, Datadog, and LeakCanary (where applicable) for real-time issue detection - Perform AI-assisted RCA to identify root causes and prevent recurrence - Ensure SLA adherence for performance, availability, and defect density - Collaborate, Communicate, and Deliver - Work closely with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-velocity, defect-free releases - Contribute to design discussions, sprint planning, and retrospectives with clear, data-driven insights - Maintain accurate technical documentation using AI-generated summaries and code annotations - Continuously Learn and Innovate - Stay current with advances in AI-assisted development, modern JavaScript frameworks, and cloud-native architectures - Share knowledge through internal demos, code reviews, and mentorship of junior engineers - Actively contribute to Innovapptives AI-First Engineering Playbook **Qualifications Required:** - 610 years of professional experience building SaaS or enterprise applications using Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, and REST/GraphQL APIs - Demonstrated expertise in AI-augmented development tools (ChatGPT, Cursor.AI, Bolt.AI, Testim) - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud (AWS) environments - Proven track record of shipping high-quality, maintainable code with measurable impact on velocity and quality - Familiarity with Sentry, Datadog, LeakCanary, or equivalent telemetry platforms - Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills with a bias toward data-backed decisions Innovapptive, a category-defining SaaS company building the worlds most advanced AI-powered Connected Worker Platform for the industrial sector, is on a mission to reimagine how industrial work gets done.
